"Not totally bad, but the ingredients felt off"
I wanted to like this more, and to be fair, it wasn’t awful. But some of the ingredients tasted a bit stale, which made me question the overall quality. Maybe I caught a bad batch, but it definitely wasn’t what I was expecting

"Wanted to love it, but prep was frustrating"
I’ve usually had good experiences with this brand, so I was kind of surprised by this one. The prep wasn’t as straightforward as I expected, and the instructions felt a little rushed, like they skipped over details I actually needed. It ended up taking me longer than it should have. I still like the brand overall, but this one definitely tested my patience.

"Portions were pretty much as listed"
I ordered a few meals from The Ready Store and paid close attention to the serving sizes, because that’s usually the thing I’m most “picky” about with this kind of food.
For the most part, the portions lined up with what the packaging said. A couple meals felt a little on the small side if you’re really hungry, but for emergency food or a quick backup meal, I thought they were “fair.”
I’m giving it 4 stars because the info was mostly accurate. I just wish a few of the serving sizes were spelled out a bit more clearly...

"Backorder details could’ve been clearer"
My order went through without any problems, but I didn’t realize part of it was on backorder until after I’d already placed it. To be fair, they did send updates, so it’s not like they left me completely in the dark, but I do think it should’ve been way more obvious on the product page or in the cart. I did get everything eventually, and I’m not saying it was a terrible experience or anything, it was just annoying having to wait when I didn’t know ahead of time.

"Good food, awkward buckets"
I’ve bought from this brand before and usually feel good sticking with them, so I wanted to like these emergency food buckets more than I did. The food itself seems fine, but the buckets are way bulkier than I expected. They don’t stack neatly in my pantry, and no matter how I turn them, the labels end up facing weird. I’m kind of torn because I trust the brand, but for a small storage space, these just aren’t very convenient

"Mostly right order, just not perfect"
I ordered a few emergency food items from The Ready Store and for the most part everything showed up how I picked it. The box was packed fine enough, and the main stuff I actually needed was correct so that was good
One smaller item was different from what I ordered, not the end of the world but yeah still a little annoying. Customer service did get back to me, just took a bit. Overall it was okay, I just wish they had checked the order a little better before sending it out

"Box showed up damaged, but they made it right"
In my experience, the box arrived banged up, which was annoying at first. But they handled it well and sent a replacement quickly without making it a big hassle, so I can’t really complain.

The delivery ended up arriving later than I was expecting, which was a bit frustrating at the time because I was kind of waiting around for it. That said, once it finally showed up, I checked everything over and all the items were there, so at least there weren’t any missing pieces or extra issues to deal with...

I was trying to track down a few emergency food items that seemed to be sold out everywhere else, so I was excited when I found them in stock at The Ready Store. That alone made the experience a win for me.
Checkout was simple, and I liked that there were plenty of options to choose from without it feeling overwhelming. Nothing flashy, just easy to use, and I got exactly what I needed.

"Decent selection, though a few areas felt familiar"
From what I remember, they had a solid amount of stuff to choose from, especially when it came to food storage and basic emergency supplies. I was able to find most of what I needed, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, a few sections felt a little limited, and I noticed some items seemed similar to things I’d already seen elsewhere on the site. Overall, it was a good experience, but I do remember thinking it would be nice if they had a bit more variety in certain categories

This didn’t feel trustworthy to me. Maybe others had a different experience, but I think it’s important to spend money with places that feel honest and upfront. This one didn’t give me that feeling, so I won’t be using it again

I ordered from The Ready Store and the checkout was straightforward. I found what I was looking for without much digging, and updating the cart was easy, no hassle there.
The payment part went quickly too, and I really liked that the shipping cost showed up before I finished the order — always nice to know that upfront. Nothing felt confusing or overly complicated.
I’m giving it 4 stars only because the page did load a little slow for me one time, not a huge deal, but worth mentioning. Overall though, it was a smooth checkout experience.

"Customer Service Needs to Take Responsibility"
I reached out twice hoping to get some help, but both times the replies came across as rude and didn’t solve anything. It’s really frustrating when you’re asking for basic support and no one seems willing to take responsibility or actually help fix the issue.
